My Approach

Rather than chasing quick fixes, it's my mission to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck, helping you understand your nervous system and how, with the right tools, you can work with it rather than against it to transform your health and well-being.

I use an integrative mind-body approach combining nervous system work, somatic practices, subconscious rewiring, parts work and trauma-informed life coaching.

This work is not about coping better or pushing through. It is about understanding the patterns beneath the exhaustion, the overwhelm, reconnecting with yourself and living a life that feels good for you.

The Living Empowered Method was born out of lived experience and the methods that worked. At the heart of the framework are three phases:

Explore Bring awareness to the patterns, pressures and responses that have been keeping you stuck in stress, anxiety or survival

Reconnect Come back into balance, with yourself, your body, your needs and the life you want to live

Empower Create lasting change with the right tools, clarity and support behind you

Because insight is powerful. But it’s the integration that transforms a life.

Why I Do It

The greatest privilege of this work is watching someone go from running on empty, to feeling at ease and energised by their life.

Witnessing that moment when someone realises they aren't powerless, that they can trust themselves, their body and their intuition, is incredible. It is why I do what I do.

Because this work really is so much more than transforming your health. It's about reconnecting to the version of yourself that exists underneath years of stress and conditioning.

I create a safe space where you are met exactly as you are with warmth, honesty and compassion. Together, we work to understand what your body is asking for, rebuild trust in yourself and create lasting change that feels aligned with who you are.

Supporting people through that journey is, without question, the most meaningful work I have ever done.

My Story

I know what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed, wondering if anything will ever change.

For most of my twenties I was living life on an invisible treadmill, constantly striving, performing, achieving and showing up to meet everyone else's expectations. Over time I became so normalised to living in a state of chronic stress that I stopped noticing the warning signals my body was sending me. I just kept pushing.

Then I got glandular fever. What followed was overwhelming fatigue, muscle pain and aches, tightness in my chest, a racing heart - a nervous system completely stuck in survival. At my worst I was housebound, unable to walk or manage even the smallest tasks.

Eventually I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome which was incredibly frightening, especially when all my tests came back normal and doctors told me there was no cure and the best I could do was rest and manage my symptoms, potentially for years.

I tried everything I could to get my life back.

Rest, supplements, diets, energy healers, you name it. But any relief was temporary at best. What I didn't realise was that I was approaching my recovery from the very same place that had made me ill, still pressurising, still forcing, still pushing through. In desperately trying to fix myself, I was giving my power away.

Everything changed when I discovered the mind-body connection and the role our nervous system plays in our health, not just physically but in how we respond to the world around us. And with the help of an incredible coach and practitioner who had walked a similar path, I finally understood. I wasn't broken. My body was just stuck, doing everything it could to keep me safe and I hadn’t been listening nor did I know how to.

Today I am healthier, happier and the most myself I have ever been.

Within months of using the methods I now teach, my health improved dramatically. But I didn't just reclaim my health. In the process I expanded my capacity to handle stress, started meeting my own needs, turned my inner critic into a voice of self compassion and learned to say no and set boundaries without guilt.

Going through this transformation has left me with a completely new appreciation for life. I trust myself, I know what I want and have clarity on what I value.

I now live a life that feels incredibly fulfilling, no longer on autopilot but doing all the things I love and soaking up every experience I can. I couldn't be more grateful.

And I want you to know, there is nothing special about me or my system. If I can get unstuck, so can you.
